Paper Submission

Submission of Abstract

Abstracts and papers should be written in English. All submissions will be reviewed for relevance, originality, clarity, soundness, and significance by at least two reviewers.

It is mandatory to submit the full paper by the given deadlines; otherwise, it will not be published in the Springer book or the Conference Proceedings. Please submit your papers here.

Submission of Full Paper

Once the abstract has been accepted, at least one of the authors must register for the Conference. Please note that no presentation time can be allocated until the author registration has been completed. Authors must follow the following procedure for submission of full paper.

  1. Authors must complete the registration by 30 November, 2017.
  2. Authors must address the points suggested by the reviewers in preparing the full paper.
  3. The paper should be prepared in Microsoft Words, in accordance with the Springer's Computer Science Proceedings formatting guidelines. A sample paper is also available for your easy reference.
  4. Full paper (in Microsoft Words) must be sent to [email protected] by 30 November, 2017.

Accepted papers will be included in an electronic conference proceedings. The standard length of a full paper is 6-12 pages.

Submission of Camera-Ready

Full paper of abstract accepted would undergo second round of review for publication in the Springer's Communications in Computer and Information Science (CCIS). Please follow the proceedings guidelines. Any paper in excess of 12 pages will be subject to extra page charge at HK$200 per page up to a maximum of 15 pages.
