Conference Registration Fees

(The registration fees are in US$, but the actual amount that we will charge are indicated in HK$.)

Full Registration includes admission to all Conference sessions, the local Conference Proceedings, the LNCS book, coffee breaks, conference reception, and conference banquet.

The members of organizers and sponsors can enjoy a discounted registration as early bird registration.

Accommodation Reservation Fees (Optional)

 Accommodation can be reserved at Caritas Bianchi Lodge, 4 Cliff Road, Yaumati, Kowloon, Hong Kong (only 4 MTR stations to the Conference venue) at competitive rate.  We provide two options:

1. Twin/Double Bed Room for August 12–15, 2008 (3 night), US$ 285 (HK$ 2,250)

2. Twin/Double Bed Room for August 12–16, 2008 (4 night), US$ 380 (HK$ 3,000)

We accept payment by

1. Local (HK SAR) cheque

2. Overseas bank draft

3. VISA or MASTER credit card

 To register, please fill in the form, sign it, scan it into PDF file and email it to [email protected]. Payment by cheques/bank drafts should be sent with the completed registration form to the following address:

DISCLAIMER:

Caritas Francis Hsu College is only helping handle the participants’ registrations for ICHL 2008. It is not responsible for lost or stolen credit card information. Registration is not guaranteed until payment is received.

Note that:

1. Paper authors must make the registration on or before 23 May. Each paper must accompany with at least one full registration.
2. If you have multiple accepted papers, each paper must have a separate full registration.

3. Although all registration fees are indicated in US$, all credit card payments will actually be charged in Hong Kong dollars. As such, we also indicate the actual amounts to be charged in Hong Kong dollars. (The same applies to accommodation booking through the conference.)
4. Once we have processed your signed registration form, we will send you an email to confirm your registration/accommodation status and the total amount that we have charged you, provided that the email address you put down in the registration form is functioning.
